A Unique Experience with a Japanese Tour Guide

During our stay in Rotorua, we joined a tour of Hobbiton and the Waitomo Caves.

We thought a local guide speaking only English might make the experience dull for us, given our limited language skills. So, we took a chance and arranged to join a Japanese-guided tour departing from Auckland at the Waitomo stop.

Thanks to the guide, we enjoyed detailed explanations about the Waitomo Caves and behind-the-scenes stories from The Lord of the Rings, making the experience truly memorable.
